If I could have one wish for the rest of 2020 (and beyond), it would be that CMD094 and Panta Rhei keep putting out more music like this together. todd1049
A fine selection of atmospheric and moody "cyberpunk ambient" compositions. I doubt you could find a better compilation (of the genre) on Bandcamp.
I'd prefer this was mixed (maybe with a slightly different track order) to provide a more cohesive journey. Ilya Volodarsky
Pripyat, a ghost town after Chernobyl's catastrophe, April 1986. This album takes you there without moving from your chair. It's a post-apocalyptic soundtrack; no hope, nothing but echoes of the fatal explosion, a musical narration without any color, everything is gray, death and devastation, silence trying to acquire its voice through Crosspolar's sounds. My favorite track is «Masts, Antennas, Towers», but it wouldn't be the case if the whole release isn't considered as a story. sjah83
The Brooklyn composer honors his favorite childhood video games through lush, jazzy synth-pop compositions that are nostalgic, yet unique. Bandcamp New & Notable Oct 20, 2021
The latest chapter in an ongoing electronic homage to "Freespace," a beloved space shooter video game series from the ’90s and ‘00s. Bandcamp New & Notable Jun 2, 2021
To say it's masterful and cinematic would be an understatement. This is probably the first ever dreampunk release I wouldn't want to see accompanied by any movie, because my limited imagination can't lead my thoughts to anything fitting. After all, heaven isn't imaginable for mere mortals. Thank you for making this world a place a bit more worthy to be a home to souls like you and if there is any good in it, you have to get well. Stay strong, love and thanks for everything. saimonix
